SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping:
- Orders under $50: $5.99
- Orders $50 and over: FREE SHIPPING
- Delivery time: 5-7 business days

Express Shipping:
- Cost: $14.99
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days

Overnight Shipping:
- Cost: $24.99
- Delivery time: 1 business day
- Available for orders placed before 12 PM EST

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time or weekends/holidays:
- Standard: 5-7 business days from shipment
- Express: 2-3 business days from shipment
- Overnight: Next business day from shipment

Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), delivery may take slightly longer.

We currently ship to:
- All 50 United States
- Canada (additional shipping fee may apply)
- Additional countries available upon request

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. You can track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of shipment.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned depends on your location and shipping method selected.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
1. Contact us at shipping@tickzero.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide order number and photos of damage
3. We will file a claim with the carrier
4. Replacement or refund will be issued upon claim resolution

Processing may take 5-10 business days depending on carrier investigation.

ADDRESS CHANGES

To change your shipping address:
- Contact us at support@tickzero.com before your order ships
- Provide your order number and new address
- Once shipped, contact the carrier to redirect delivery if possible

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping is not insured by default. For high-value orders, contact support@trytickzero.com to add insurance at checkout.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During holiday periods, processing and delivery may be delayed:
- We observe standard U.S. holidays
- Holiday cutoff dates will be announced in advance
- Orders placed after cutoff dates will process after the holiday

BUSINESS DAY DEFINITION

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

PACKAGE DELIVERY SIGNATURE

Most packages do not require a signature. Packages will be left at your address if no one is home. Provide specific delivery instructions at checkout if needed.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned as undeliverable:
- We will attempt to contact you
- Package will be held for 30 days
- After 30 days, returned packages are restocked or discarded
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for undeliverable orders

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. TickZero is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain shipping methods)
- Military bases (special arrangements available)
- Areas where local regulations prohibit pet products

SHIPPING COST ESTIMATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Shipping address
- Shipping method selected
- Weight and dimensions of package
- Current carrier rates
